Due to the hygiene and quality reasons. We do not except any returns for items that are liquid, cosmetics any thing in that nature. Please do not send your purchases back to the manufacture because we do not issue any refunds for those items.
Damaged, Lost, Stolen and Incorrect Orders:
Jevidy Beauty, LLC is not responsible If your item was damaged in transit and during delivery. As well as lost, stolen or incorrect products (place during checkout) that were delivered as well.
No refunds, replacements or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided by the customer.
