SHIPPING


Processing Time:

Jevidy Beauty requires a mandatory 3-4 day processing time excluding holidays and weekends.

We ship all orders via USPS cut off time is 3PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) each day. Once processed, your order will be shipped via USPS or desired shipment. 

Delivery Time:


It takes 2-7 business days for packages to be delivered via USPS (not guaranteed) depending on shipping method selected at checkout.

For International Orders: Usually takes 8-14 business days


Address:

Please ensure you correctly enter the right address during check out. Once packages have left the facility we cannot guarantee it will be shipped to the right address, if it was put incorrectly doing check out. We do not make address adjustments once submitted. The correct address will help with the correct delivery process once sent to shipping. So there’s no return packages as well. Your order will be received in an accurate time if the right address is entered.

We can not be responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address

We only ship to one address per order. 

 

Holidays:

If orders are placed after cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day. If Placed on a weekend it will be processed in the next two days.

Packages will not be shipped on US holidays or the weekends.

Refunds:

Due to the hygiene and quality reasons. We do not except any returns for items that are liquid, cosmetics any thing in that nature. Please do not send your purchases back to the manufacture because we do not issue any refunds for those items.


Damaged, Lost, Stolen and Incorrect Orders:


Jevidy Beauty, LLC is not responsible If your item was damaged in transit and during delivery. As well as lost, stolen or incorrect products (place during checkout) that were delivered as well.


No refunds, replacements or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided by the customer.
